I copied _nds and _nds and 3ds cfw folders to root. I then copied over both game files. Then I deleted twilight menu from dsiware in system settings. Then I installed the two game files. The touchscreen works in twilight menu, I can select and launch the game. When the game loafs the touchscreen stops working.
